The story follows a civilization living on a planet called Navad, whose people are descendants of humans that left Earth nearly 300,000 years ago.
As Navad faces imminent destruction, a team from the Space Exploration Centre (SEC) sets out on a mission to explore Earth in the hope of survival. But what they discover changes everything:
Earth itself has already exploded and is slowly reforming.
What begins as an exploration mission soon transforms into a desperate attempt to save an entire civilization.
At its core, the story explores:
- Space exploration
- Survival
- Unity
- Human resilience
- And the idea of finding “home” again
🌌 Why Science Fiction?
What has always fascinated me about science fiction is that it allows us to ask enormous questions through stories.
Questions like:
- What defines civilization?
- How far can humanity evolve?
- What happens when survival itself becomes uncertain?
- Would humanity unite in the face of extinction?
- What does “home” truly mean?
Good science fiction is rarely only about spaceships or futuristic technology.
It is often about people.
Their fears.
Their ambitions.
Their conflicts.
Their hope.
In many ways, science fiction becomes a mirror through which we examine ourselves.
Writing this book was a fascinating experience because it allowed me to combine my interests in:
- science and engineering
- systems thinking
- futurism
- and storytelling
